Look at CBHT or a Goiz-line seminar if…

Spanish is your main language and you have a local centre with a known teacher.
You strongly prefer hands-on, in-person work over video.
A pure root line to Dr. Goiz's 1988 list matters more than course range.
Be ready for uneven trust across centres. Check the host's teaching chain.

Think about a generic online course if…

You just want a cheap intro and you are not yet sure biomagnetism is for you.
Do not treat that site cert as a pro credential. Most are not known in the field.
The pair count is small (often under 100). That limits what you can safely do.

Skip all of these for now if…

You want a treatment for a real health issue. None of these train you in medical work.
You have a pacemaker, ICD, insulin pump, or other implant. Biomagnetism is off-limits. Talk to your doctor first.
Biomagnetism does not have the same stack of clinical trials as, say, physio. If trial-level proof is your floor, this field will not meet it yet.

Why does Dr. García's program list more "pairs" than CBHT or the Goiz-line seminars?

Dr. García has built on the first Goiz list over 17+ years of clinic work. He added pairs for conditions like Lyme, diabetes, TBI, and lung issues. The first Goiz seminars stay close to the founder's list. That list is smaller but it is the root. Neither path is "wrong". They serve different needs (range vs root line).

Is a biomagnetism cert the same as a medical licence?

No. Biomagnetism certs — Dr. García's Level I and II, CBHT certs, and Goiz-line certs — show that you have done a course in a wellness method. They are not a medical, naturopathic, or chiropractic licence. Pros must stay inside their local scope of practice. They must send clients with a real health issue to a licensed clinic.

Which program is best for English speakers?

Dr. García's ENHANCE VITAL ENERGY is the most full English-language biomagnetism program out there today. Most CBHT and Goiz-line seminars are in Spanish. An English speaker has to lean on a live translator or subtitles. Generic online courses are in English but are short. They do not carry much weight in the field.

Which program is closest to the Goiz root line?

The Dr. Goiz-line seminars are the closest direct line to the founder, Dr. Isaac Goiz Durán's 1988 work. Dr. García trained in that line and grew its clinic use. CBHT centres vary by host. If a pure root line matters most to you, find a Goiz-line host who can show you a direct teaching chain.
