Why a Texas-specific page
Texas does not have a board for biomagnetism. That is the short answer for most Texas students. You can offer wellness sessions. You cannot claim to diagnose or treat a medical condition. You can do hands-on massage only if you hold the Texas massage licence.
The course is the same in every state. What changes for a Texas student is the business setup (LLC or DBA), the ad-language line, and the metro reach (Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio each have a small but growing wellness scene). The block below covers all three.
What changes if you sign up from Texas
The training is the same in every state. The cert is the same. The refund window is the same. The partner saving is the same. What changes by state is below. You get the local rules. You get the CEU notes for licensed pros. You get the tax notes for filing as a 1099 or LLC. You get the live-support hours.
Texas rules at a glance
Texas treats biomagnetism as a wellness method. It is not a licensed medical practice. The state regulates massage therapy under the Department of Licensing and Regulation. There is no separate board for biomagnetism. To work with paying clients in TX, the safest path is to register a wellness LLC or DBA, keep your ads free of medical claims, and (if you do hands-on bodywork) hold the relevant massage licence.
CEU notes for licensed pros
No Texas board lists this course for direct CEU credit today. Licensed Texas massage therapists (LMTs) and RNs have used Level I and II as a general professional development course. List it on your CV that way, not as a CEU-approved class.
Tax and 1099 notes
A Texas sole-prop or LLC can usually deduct the course fee as a business expense on Schedule C. Texas has no state income tax. Texas does have sales tax on some services, but the online course itself is charged in USD by the parent site and is not subject to Texas sales tax.
Live-support hours from Texas
Most live support runs 9am to 6pm ET. Texas is on CT (UTC-6, UTC-5 in DST), so the support window is 8am to 5pm your local time.

Texas — short FAQs
Can I run a biomagnetism wellness practice in Houston or Dallas?
Yes, as a wellness service. Stay clear of medical claims in your ads. Register a wellness LLC or DBA, get a city occupational permit if your city needs one, and you are set. If you also do hands-on bodywork, you still need the Texas massage licence for that part.
Do I need a Texas massage licence to learn biomagnetism?
No. The course is open to anyone. A massage licence is only needed if your client work includes massage. Magnet-only sessions in Texas do not need a massage licence today.
Are there in-person Dr. García seminars in Texas?
Some past seminars have run in the southern USA. We list new dates on the /events page when they are scheduled. Most Texas students start with the online program and add a seminar later.
Can I claim the partner saving as a Texas student?
Yes. The saving is set by the link. Click the partner button. The lower price shows at the official checkout. No code to type.
